The Kent County Hospitality Association is made up of a governing board which includes the Executive Board and the chairs of all committees. KCHA is now seeking nominations for its 2016 Board of Directors (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). According to the association bylaws, three of the four board positions must be filled by paid lodging members.

All nominations must be approved by the person being nominated in order to make it on the ballot. Voting will take place at the January 21 meeting at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown. Officers should be able to commit to attending monthly association meetings and Executive Board meetings, when necessary.

Nominations can come from any KCHA member, however only 2017 paid association member lodging properties are allowed to vote.
